Distribution Manager

NTG is now looking for a Distribution Manager who will take responsibility for managing and developing the company’s distribution and logistics network across Nordic Tyre Group regions.
The Role
This role is ideal for someone who can see the bigger picture, analyse data, and at the same time handle daily operational challenges. It involves close collaboration with partners and internal teams, as well as continuous process improvement to ensure efficient, stable, and high-quality delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
Distribution & Logistics Management
Oversee the distribution network across all Nordic Tyre Group countries
Identify and implement improvements in distribution networks
Develop and maintain framework for supplier quality and performance KPIs evaluation
Ensure consistent service levels to customers by improving and standardizing distribution processes
Follow up on cooperation, quality, and daily operational issues while driving continuous improvement with logistics suppliers
Process & Efficiency Improvement
Analyse logistics and distribution data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Improve logistics processes and communication between teams
Strengthen cooperation between Customer Service and Logistics
Support more efficient transport and delivery planning
Standardize and improve processes

The role will report to the COO of Nordic Tyre Group.
Required Competencies & Profile
We are looking for someone who is:

confident in working with partners and cross-functional teams;
motivated to improve processes and efficiency.
Preferred Experience
Experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management
Understanding of sales and customer service processes
Strong data analysis skills (Excel; BI tools are an advantage)
Experience in process improvement and optimisation
